when your aource is a freelancer than it is always bad, freelancer are people that nobody wanted they always complain and have usually not the best skills. in my opinion companies investing millions of dollars in this case or other cases that just got a new owned multi-million dollar plan and have many on order are surely better reference than the talks of freelancer or people that didn't pass the interview. i have some friends flying there and they are happy, they changed management as the previous manager did not fullfill his job. the new management strong and a reference they have as ceo also Dr. wissel former ceo lufthansa private jet and i do not think such people would go to bad companies.
