'Head on the falcon'?
Symbolizes the headless chickens in the Pink Palace!
Even the third floor realized that there was no 'head' and so they changed the title of all the 'Heads' to 'Senior Managers'.
(Actually a small one at the middle of the emblem - but it is hardly noticeble.)
