Missing and sometimes incorrect information in FAA pilot training programs.

MAINTAIN A LEVEL FLIGHT ATTITUDE IN TURBULENCE!
IF IN DOUBT, USE AUX POWER TO STRETCH GLIDE TO REACH RUNWAY!
USE AIR BRAKES TO REDUCE MOMENTUM PRIOR TO LANDING!
LANDING TOUCHDOWN AT ZERO AIRCRAFT WEIGHT IN GROUND EFFECT!

Note:

On page sixteen of the CAB Report SA-372 File No. 1-0006
Released June 4, 1965. The following quote appears "The
ultimate effect of an updraft is an altitude and nose up
attitude increase"!
