Fair question, but the Directors listed were part of the company who jointly owned WMIA with Howard Holdings (CAFCO-C?). I believe they were bought out around 18 months ago by HH.
The Tower has new VCCS, displays, SSR Feed, recorder, AGL control panel (to go with the new airfield lighting), ATC simulator. Plus the Transmitter mast was relocated.
