Many new aircraft are on the way and we need a few hundred pilots, why not do both of us a favor and be one of them.
If you take this job for the current offerings, don't complain later. If you get fired for making a wrong turn in training, don't complain. If you still don't get your leave, because they haven't hired enough, don't complain. If you still don't get your command because they hire DEC's, don't complain.
Don't you understand? It is never getting better, unless they have to seriously increase T&C's to attract to people to STAY, and at the same time attract people to COME.
