I hear what you are saying about depreciating assets...etc. Thats the way life goes in the UAE. We needed an SUV whether we liked it or not, 3/4 of my annual salary vs the value of my family's life and I got the one with the most air bags and reinforced sides. Have you been on Emirates Road and Shiekh Zayed Road?
We could go on and on about maid or no maid. I went without one for many years but thats the cost of having one in Dubai. Please do not get personal with me or involve my wife in this topic.
Someone asked for the cost of living in Dubai and I spent some time researching and posted it, now leave the thread creep aside and stay on topic and help the guys out.
