I know too well. I'm married to one. I have asked and there have been so many stories on pilot fatigue, FAA violations, GCAA violations and sadly, it takes fatalities to get any attention and it takes hundreds to die to gain international attention. As fast as the story is aired is as fast as it is forgotten. As someone in fire/ems, we often wondered if the issues we all had would be resolved if every one of us called in sick on the same day. I wonder what would happen in the world if every single pilot both commercial and freight, all refused to fly on the same day. Would they get results or be rediculed ? I do have to give some kudos to the GCAA for some recent ass kicking
