JB's biggest asset is his inside knowledge - he knows so much about the QF product etc, that alone is worth his salary.
No doubt DJ have got the best candidate out there - just remember, Dixon basically gave JB an unlimited budget. The amount of money spent on the A380 product, the Customer Service Centre
was enormous - businesses can't afford that sort of spending anymore. I think he can do big things at DJ but DJ isn't going to be as generous with the money.
