Sorry to hear about your experience ! Bournemouth is going through a massive change at the moment and i suspect staffing levels are a problem as well during the winter months with few flights and everyone running around trying to do everything
Put your thoughts down on the feedback section on the airport web site , i got a reply back from the Terminal duty manager quite quickly on a situation i experienced
