passport control staff are independent of the airport and unfortunately the airport cannot dictate how many staff are provided.
There are no toilets until after passport / customs as customs dictate this so they cannot be used to get rid of illegal substances. the new arrivals hall will be the same, no loos until after passport control - not the airport's fault but still very frustrating
baggage staff are servisair - complain to the airport authority about the bags and they will pursue it, i've had the same ridiculous wait for bags too. However , bear in mind there have been redundancies amongst airport and servisair staff and the airport makes practically no money from airlines
car park problem and rude staff - complain to the airport managers
