I really hope someone who has something "to do" with BOH reads this....
I have been flying in / out of Bournemouth for 25 years and this morning returned from Innsbruck..
Now ,I know they have some building work going on..... but...
They really never will survive as a regional airport if :
As the only scheduled service present at the time....
1. It took 50 minutes to get through passport control
2. There are no toilets until you have got through PC
3. Another 50 minutes to get bags from the carousel
4. Car park barrier broken and unable to get out of the Car Park for 35 minutes
5. Nobody helpfull - everybody rude
PATHETIC !!!!
Left the car park 2 hours after landing !!
