our neighbors from the north, keep us out of their market to protect their wages and coming here to destroy our hope for any increasement. Long time ago I had in my mind an idea that should to be some law established on level of ICAO or IATA or whatever.. to regulate reciprocity.. if some country do not allow(or make it really hard) to contract foreigner pilots for any reason...... pilots of those countries should not be allowed to be contracted by any other countries.
