I suggest that you start networking, there is bound to be some relative, friend of a relative etc., that is in the industry, there are very few people in this industry that haven't had to use this type of help to get to their current position.
Get out there and tell your story, speak to some cadets that are working at airlines now, find out how they got where they are, don't give up.
