One imagines that the Group will put its assets where they can earn the most money. To do otherwise would leave the directors liable wouldn't it? Clearly the QF Long-Haul EBA (and those who wish to work under it) does not fit that "earn the most" criteria so one guesses that document will never ever find its way to the flight deck of a 787. Other than that one can only speculate.

Ah, another graduate from the Boston Management School that thinks the only way an airline can make money is to pay the pilots peanuts.

Ever thought about employing assets to maximise revenue. If the 787 can get a better return in QF, then that's where it should go. If JQ can get a better return with the $1 airfares, then good luck!
