Just on your point 3. JQ Asia earn more money than JQ OZ so that wont happen. JQNZ however...

Bruce B said to some JQ OZ pilots the other day that A330's would definitely be based in NZ and SIN. Usual story, no time frame, nothing else to say, then left the room...
