250hrs means you go fly a Cessna 182 in the bush. It doesn't entitle you to a jet. At about 2000-2500 you get to fly a turboprop. Maybe somewhere after 4000hrs you fly a jet.

Theres plenty of sh*t cessna jobs in sh*tty places.. got there.
