the load factors ex cwl were not as good as those from BRS involving a lot of discounting to sell the seats therefore making them un economic for the airline and tour operators, also they are building on a bigger catchment area around BRS , the first 787's are due in 2012 with plans to operate non stop from BRS to sfb and cun by 2013.
