Are you people just stupid or are you pretending?!?!? It was as Meteorologically related as a McDonalds Happy Meal is (Sorry to use such an abnormal analogy but what do you expect). It was meant to hit the plane but missed. The only solution is they now need to be taught a lesson. Everyone forgets how a Russian plane flew over the same region not so long ago and got shot down by a missile killing a lot of innocent people..... How quickly people forget.
