I fail to understand why people want this... unions and work councils are B.S. They cost a lot of time, cost a lot of money and make things more difficult. If you do not like what you do, your pay is, hours work etc. leave and go somewhere else. Its sad that people need this crap to have their work environment improve.... you don't have to work there, you can, and look around you. Most airlines with this are almost belly up as they want more money all the time whilst there isn't any. think!!!!
