Truth is PAL can not change that culture without massive people change. And this means outsiders who are no PALers. The second issue is ego. 5J used the SW model but it did not really take hold until it was forced to by previous mngt and Lances full support. CC is a good guy but truly no clue on how to make this happen..............................
