It took years for cebu to get its act together with sharp mngt team (but many gone now). They can overtake zest etc but not 5j at this time. Too many legacy people who have no idea what an LCC is and how to operate a truly low cost model. Look who is COO straight from PAL how can a leopard change his spots?
