1. Noise - make 'em quiet and overnight they'll sell like hotcakes.
2. Safety - pilot proof [easy to fly, redundancy, forgiving].
3. Reasonable DOC's.
4. Superb customer support and backup.
5. Stay one step ahead of the competition.
