In the Canary Islands (Lanzarote for me) we have Calimaīs.
How does this affect aircraft operations, does it make the flight smoother, harder (due to lack of vision) etc?
I would love to know.
My girlfriend landed in one, claims she didnīt feel the usual turns and until landing didnīt see anything until the Beatriz playa hotel. She said the landing was smooth also.
Do I compliment the pilot
or tell my girlfriend to stop being silly?
