Portrush Air Show 2010
Only partly related to LDY, but local news reports in the last few days indicate that the Portrush Air Show has been cancelled for 2010. A sharp fall in corporate sponsorship and the financial difficulties of Coleraine Borough Council lie behind the decision. The announcement was made at a council meeting last week. The airshow has been the second largest event in the local calendar in recent years.
