the extension of the Expat Pilot deadline is largely speculative(I doubt whether anything to that regard has been officially issued by the DGCA?)
But anyways, I suppose the Deadline wasnt issued in Jan'2010...It was well in place a long while back....but the carriers never did anything about it, did they?...In turn they started scrambling for excuses at the 11th hour!
I hope I'm not wrong in saying this....But there is no dearth of experience in the country and if everything would have moved as per plan(IF),things would have been different!
