Too late the Hero. Cebu Pacific has too much of a solid stronghold on the market already. Airphil has been trying to compete with them for 15 years now. Losing tons of money each year. When Bupak had dc-9's, airphil had 737's ...Bupak solidly beat them on all fronts. It's like saying Mcdonald's or Wendy's beating JOLIBEE. An exercise in futility.
