The waiting pool at Kingfisher has no more than the 200 - 250 hours required for CPL. Where as the website is asking for guys who have 1000 Hours total and 200 Hours on type.
Kingfisher might take these guys on terms of agreement to taking ATR Captain position after the requirement. And the only possible reason in sight is the 100's of Kingfisher Senior Co-Pilots Leaving the company in the recent past.
Why is that so ? That's a completely different argument and we have had enough arguments for now.
But I do not think any one with 200 Hours on the ATR (Expat) is Jobless.
