Zone 2 – the location for the Foyle Aviation Services Limited aircraft painting/de-painting facility together with a business and general aviation area. This facility requires a total area of 7.62 hectares of which 10,777 sq m was required for the buildings and car parks and 23,049 sq m for apron/taxiway. It is understood that the interest of FASL is not being pursued by them at present

Yeah, Foyle Aviation Services. It was about 5 years ago or even more but then they couldn't get planning permission and even threatened to go to BFS, but as far as I know didn't. They used to have a website but I can't seem to find it now. Anyway, seems like another wasted opportunity to which we'll be able to add the Ryanair engineering facility in a few months when it's not followed up either.
