I've grasped the Acceleration/Deceleration errors regarding the Direct Indicating Compass but does anyone know a good mnemonic for remembering the turning errors? I'm happy with the fact turning errors are max when turning through N/S and zero when turning through E/W (ignoring the liquid swirl phenomena)
Whilst I'm at it does anyone know any other good mnemonics in relation to the ATPL theory ?
I know the infamous PUDSOD for ASI errors and Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Very Tasty for remembering the sequence: Compass, Deviation, Magnetic, Variation, True, thought it would be incorrect to now use Cadburys seeing they are no longer technically existent.....................
