First interview usually on Friday.
2nd round starts on Tuesday to be exact, for some pyschomotor test..
Wednesday morning will be some group games and afternoon, final interview by a panel of 4 - 8 captains and hr personnel.
By Thurs, you will get to know if you should attend the medical/rejected.

.. if you are serious enough, and gotten the rare chance of being selected for interview. DO some homework, search and most importantly, be HONEST. Telling lies and trying to act how passion you are about aviation gets you nowhere... Remember; you are talking to someone who's flying hours are more than your msn-ing hours.
Last but not least: The selection + the interviews are definitely the MOST difficult process to gain you an entry.. But, do NOT slack and take things for granted when you are in Singapore Flying College.
