AFAIK, There are no complaints or objections to traffic using Irish airspace.
and i did not imply such!
The proposed stub is an area used perhaps 90-95% of the time by Microlight traffic.
I cant be sure but, i believe the objections to IAA are concerning the 1500ft ceiling.
