Does the fact that it seems to be carrying F4D Skyrays mean its a Douglas? Otherwise I would think it looks like Convair drew it.
I've never seen a picture but I know that Douglas designed a large bomber that was also able to carry the F4D, or the X-3 for some reason, and this project seems to fit that description, so, a complete stab in the dark, but I'll nominate the Douglas 1211
