For anyone thats interested, the new 08 ILS has been installed and is currently being calibrated. Should be operational within a few weeks.

Very unlikely!!
In Irish airspace, an ILS approach must be CAS, as there are objections to Eglintons application to the IAA regarding the Irish side of the border, i cant see this being in operation for some time.
