A bit of an aside, but I've seen a number of half page adverts in the Evening Echo recently.
Fly with Aer Lingus to the following USA destinations with the following fares.
Similarly, a significant campaign on 96FM.
Problem is, they inform the public and no point that what they're advertising is "fly to the USA
from Cork (via Dublin with RE)".
People think they're advertising to fly to the USA from Shannon or Dublin.
They really need to inform people that it is possible to book USA flights
from Cork thanks to the Aer Arann code share.
What a big waste of money on these ambiguous advertising campaigns
