Couple of little facts
Couple of little facts here to put things into perspective. Not on a crusade, but after all the press and looking on wikipedia one could think we are dealing with the entrepeneur of the century.
I wonder whether the examples below would fit such a description :
Both the CEO as well as the COO of Jet Republic came from White Concierge. Totally abandon your staff (many of them gave up real jobs and moved to Portugal), and comfortably slide back into your old position at White Concierge after the collapse of Jet Republic that you knew was coming.
Entrepeneur or Opportunist ?
Knowing that you have not sold a single fraction, and only a few cards, but not controlling your spend, by continuing to burn the money of your investors at an extremely high rate.

To make very good use of the extensive medical insurance package offered to JR management, only to leave your employees without any medical coverage a month later, by simply not paying their insurance premiums.

To continue ordering goods and services at suppliers as if you are still in "expanding mode" (most likely done so in order to confuse the shareholder who DID put his money in), when you know your funds have dried up, and drag some of these companies down the drain with you..

Now it is either a question of being extremely smart and the rest of the world is stupid, or perhaps the rest of the world has a different definition of what it takes to be a genuine entrepeneur...
Eitherway..... I am sure we haven't heard the last of this self proclaimed entrepeneur because guys like this usually resurface after a while pretending nothing ever happened and start a new project that will fail and only knows loosers. Except for the entrepeneur in question and his direct entourage of course.
Let's hope by that time someone still remembers the Jet Republic saga....
