Parking. Pre book from home on line before you leave home or park up outside of the entrance and ring the pre booking line. You know it makes sense.
The delays this morning were caused by the de icing rig breaking down. Unfortunately these things happen and when you are struggling they assume massive importance.
Generally things are looking up but you must expect minor glitches.
P.S. If you use an airport parking site it is cheaper than booking direct with the airport. No I don't know why either.
