An airline holding an Irish AOC cannot fly between UK and Turkey, not even on a charter basis.
Ryanair can provide direct air services to Turkish destinations ONLY from the Republic of Ireland.
So please stop asking about it everytime.
Paphos is in Cyprus (Greek half), not Turkey...
