Topgun......as you will experience,most will look upon haemorrhoids,(piles) as a huge joke...even some quacks! Dont waste your time, get a referal from your GP to the department of "tubes" at your local hospital. Most piles can be dealt with these days by a simple pain free procedure. A tight rubber band is fired over the pile which then dies/shrinks into oblivion. Need to look at diet and exercise after to ensure a non return.
