As 122.85 said, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again!!! Trust me, I have learnt this first hand! If you didn't get through the first time, it doesn't mean they don't think you are right for the position, it just means they don't think you are ready. I know many people that have succeeded on their second attempt, they just think that you need to go away and gain more experience and come back! If you have a PPL and haven't done the ATPL ground-school already, I'd seriously recommend it, it really will help. I know it is hard, but being told no will only eventually make you stronger to come back fighting.
Nah, they won't give you feedback, but just spend some time and sit and think about the interview and tests. Think about everything you said and did and imagine you are in the interviewers position. If you give it some time, you will realise what probably didn't go so well
