Salary is banded and is by grade, higher grade gives higher banding. Sorry, don't know latest bands.
Shift is 12 hours days and nights across 28 days. 2 "clean" weekends off every 4 weeks where the closest you finish to the weekend in the Thur night shift (ie Friday am). 2 days 2 nights 5 off, 2 days 3 nights 4 off, 3 days 2 nights 5 off. Starts on a Monday.
Team in Ops is very competent and able to deal with pretty much what ever is thrown at them. OCC includes ATC planning, ops control, crewing and maintrol.
