Those in the ADF thinking of leaving for a LCC and who face the prospect of pay-for-endorsement should be aware that after a total of 18+ years of Service the ADF may cough up for most if not all the cost of the endo.
My understanding is "may" is the operative word. Whereas some have got full endorsements paid in the past, the CTAS payments are being more strictly applied now. I could be wrong, but I think its only about $4400 that will be approved for 18+ years.
Happy to be proven wrong, but yet another example of eroding conditions of service.
