Those in the ADF thinking of leaving for a LCC and who face the prospect of pay-for-endorsement should be aware that after a total of 18+ years of Service the ADF may cough up for most if not all the cost of the endo. At least this is one benefit of giving your soul and paying your taxes to the government for a generation! Indeed you can get paid whilst doing the endo as well as have them front the bill. Who said Defence never gives anything back!
If you leave one day before the 18 year mark, the system will happily only provide you with CV writing assistance. All this whilst offering bonuses for the experienced jocks to stay on!
