Personally I think it's high time there was an official, guaranteed graphical interface. IMHO seeing is far easier than reading in this case.
You won't get one until ICAO adopts
AIXM for the simple reason that the current ICAO NOTAM format does not contain data suitable for graphical plotting. It's a project being run by Eurocontrol and the FAA.
