Aircraft leasing

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere - I have searched to see if I can find the answer with no luck.

I understand that leasing aircraft is more common either for airlines or flying clubs who may get a better leasing more than one but are there many (if any) organisations who will lease a single aircraft - say an Arrow, Bonanza, Saratoga, something like that? If so, what are the usual terms for leasing eg. term of lease, is the hourly rate reviewable, is there usually a premium to pay upon collection / delivery, are they usually new or used aircraft - and if used, are the usual full due diligence checks needed to be done ie. independent inspection etc. etc.?

Presumably, the cost depends on anticipated usage but can anyone who's done this give an indication of costs? i heard that for circa 200 hours p.a. an Arrow would be roughly £80p/hr ? I could have made this up becuase I can't remember where I heard it from though!

thanks.
