Kazaa, & spyware etc.
Have a look at this site for an opinion on Kazaa and others.
http://www.aluminumstudios.com/spyware/ I suspect they may have a point about some of these file sharing operations. I seemed to have downloaded an advertising "something" when I looked at Audiogalaxy.
