Like I said, this is or should be a hot issue for professional aircrews. If you have never heard of it, you should become better informed. If you are just a plain old cynic, or a Daily Mail reader, you'll obviously know all there is to know.
Either way, if a bomb goes astray, or a fuel tank jettisons on somebody's house, look out for a summons to appear before the ICC.
