I'm surprised about the lack of support. Garmin has helped me a couple of times over some very old products. Indeed, at the Garmin page for this product, it states "This product has been discontinued. We are happy to help you with any questions or concerns. Visit our
support web pages for further assistance." You may want to check it out.
