Command Hours Prerequisite
I believe most people are missing the process that REX uses to get command in 3-4 years for cadets. You see REX Group has various companies such as the flight training academy which is shuffles its cadets around to gain the required hours to hold command, then the cadet can come back to REX and be in the LHS. Its all there in the FAQ, just seems some people went straight of the opinions of others.
