A330,Crew Rest and Cabin PAs

Just some clarification please.
There are two ways of making Cabin PAs on an A330:
1.PA All which unfortunately is heard in the Tech Crew Rest
2.PA 2 which is heard only in Y/C.
If turbulence is experienced seat belt goes on and PA from Flight Deck is made.
If the flight is from Japan or China an FA will make a PA in the appropriate language.
So what do you do?
PA All or PA 2 ?
Personally I am guided by the Captains requirements after discussion prior departure.
No Problems you would think.
Some CC are now taking issue with this and insist that they must make in cabin PAs using PA all which disturbs pilot rest.
I would rather have a well rested pilot on the flight deck.
I have been written up by a member of my crew(anonymous) for requesting PA2
Trivial I know but my manager has requested an interview to discuss rthe matter.
I smell a ****e sandwich coming my way.
