The union members are Bassa not the reps., without a doubt. The members elect and control the reps.
Without the members there would be no Bassa or reps.
As far a PCCC is concerned, I do not think they actually advertise on the cabin crew Bassa forum. Perhaps someone mentioned them but it would be little else.
